Charlotte Robb – Manager of The Four Seasons Setting.

Hi I’m Charlotte Robb the Manager of Four Seasons Nursery & Preschool.

I’ve worked for Above and Beyond Childcare Group since November 2019 where I first started as bank staff in a supporting role in all the settings within the group. I was very quickly offered an apprenticeship to complete my Level 3 in early years at our Knightsfield setting in Welwyn Garden City.

Further opportunities arose at The Commons setting to work as a 1:1 with a child with complex needs. Working with children with additional needs is a passion of mine and I continue to grow my knowledge in this field. In January 2023 I was promoted to Senior Practitioner due to my dedication, hard work and support to the childcare group. On many occasions I have stepped up to cover deputy and manager roles. I now look forward to leading and supporting my own team at Four Seasons.
